Frank Farry keeps voting to give data centers tax breaks.

Bucks County is paying the price.

Frank Farry gave data centers a tax break.

In 2021, the House passed a tax code bill (HB 952). It gave data center companies a bigger tax break on their equipment — no cap on how much they could save. Frank Farry voted yes.

Now he wants to give them another one.

In 2025–26, the Senate considered a bill (SB 939) creating new “opportunity zones” for data centers — more tax incentives for an industry already driving up electricity costs for everyday ratepayers. Frank Farry voted yes in committee.
